Loren Churchin-Lang, 34, has been a Pittsburgh local all her life. Born in Ambridge, PA, she now lives in Cranberry with her husband Nathan, their twin 3-year old girls (Ada & Blake) and their two German Shorthair Pointers (Crash & Tank). Prior to beginning her Crossfit journey, Loren was a Division 1 Collegiate Rower and local Youth and Sports Coach Volunteer. After beginning Crossfit, Loren began to compete in local competitions, as well as the Crossfit Games. To date, she has been a 5 time Crossfit Regional Individual Qualifier, 5 time Crossfit Regional Participant (1-individual/4-team) and a 2 time Crossfit Games team athlete (finishing 5th and 21st worldwide).
Loren is passionate about the competitive side of Crossfit, but has really developed a new found appreciation and understanding of the intricacies of women continuing to workout while pregnant. Having continued to do Crossfit until the week she delivered her twins, Loren is highly aware of the precautions and tendencies that expectant mothers face and enjoys helping others throughout their journey. She has also focused her efforts on woman throughout their fitness and health as they change throughout their life cycles. She is certified as a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach.
