Can I do my own thing during class?

For any CrossFitters, Weightlifters, and Strongman, we have Open Gym hours weekdays Monday-Friday from 11-1pm where you can follow your own programming.  If you are new sign up for our on-ramp classes for some refinement first before beginning.  One more thing. We only ask that you follow a few house rules.

They are:

  1. Class has priority.
  2. Clips on all bars with weight even while warming up. No exceptions.
  3. Wipe down and put away all equipment when finished.
  4. Be mindful of others working out around you.
  5. Have fun!
